Winchester Training

The aim of Winchester Training is to minimise all risks involved with working within care homes, schools and other premises. This will be an overall course to ensure safe practice.

This course will be a realistic insight into how we conduct work in these industries, ranging from basic health and safety to usual day to day running of the workplaces. We will frequently work around vulnerable clients so it is vital all people involved are safe.

This is far from a usual work site. This industry will come with strict rules and regulations to which we need to abide by, this is for the safety of the workers and the people involved. It can be very challenging at times and push you to your limits, however with the help of this course and help of your colleagues we aim to support you and guide you appropriately.

Our training team have many years of experience working within these industries and challenging environments, ranging from mental health, young offenders, children’s homes and many more. One main factor they all have in common is ensuring everyone is safeguarded and no health and safety concerns arise.

Over the years the team have gained valuable knowledge and experience which help empower us to train your maintenance team. We aim to ensure your staff will gain a better understanding of the issues they may come across while working in the industry.

Our aim is to ensure the training is relevant and beneficial and is designed to be as informative as possible, it will cover all aspects of knowledge required to work safely and effectively.
